NOTICE:  We are utilizing a waitlist to manage demand for boat storage. We require a $50 deposit to be placed on the waitlist for a Wet Slip or Dry Stack space. Please contact the Marina Office right away if your contact or boat information changes. If you would like to be removed from the wait list, please notify the Marina Office so that we may refund the deposit and remove your name. Due to the length of the list, we will offer available spaces once. If you are unable to commit at that time, we will refund your deposit, remove your name, and ask you resubmit your inquiry form when you are ready. If you accept a space offered, your $50 wait list deposit will be applied towards the damage deposit for the space (described below).

POK REQUIREMENTS (Wet Slips)


 Our leases are annual, auto-renew, and paid in advance. Boats stored in wet slips must fit entirely inside the slip. Wet slips require $150 deposit for boats in slips 12x30 and smaller; $250 deposit for boats in slips larger than 12x30. Wet slips require proof of watercraft liability and property damage insurance in the amounts of $500,000 for boats in slips 12x32 and smaller OR $1,000,000 for boats in slips larger than 12x32. POK must be listed as “additional interest” on insurance policies. 

You will be receiving an inquiry form to complete via DocuSign after your deposit has been paid.  Your name will be added to the waitlist after the inquiry form has been completed and submitted.  If you have not received the inquiry form in 72 hours please contact Marina Office @ 417-739-2314.
